Azerbaijan Holds Military Drills in Nakhijevan Again
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense revealed that their armed forces are once again engaged in military exercises in Nakhijevan, a bordering region with Armenia.
The exercises involve different units of the armed forces, simulating a range of combat scenarios. Among the scenarios being played out are the capture of fortified positions belonging to a hypothetical enemy and the successful takeover of a command post situated near the front line.
This move by Azerbaijan shows the country's commitment to being aggressive in a region that wants peace.
