James O’Brien stressed the effectiveness of the recent session and assured that the US Administration will continue to support the Armenian government in promoting reforms across various sectors. This commitment shows the US's dedication to aiding Armenia in its path towards democratic governance and economic development.

During their discussions, Prime Minister Pashinyan and James O’Brien touched on several critical topics, including the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty and the border delimitation process based on the Alma-Ata declaration. They also discussed the Crossroads of Peace project initiated by the Armenian government, which aims to foster regional stability and cooperation.

Prime Minister Pashinyan informed O’Brien about the Armenian government's approval of a housing program for people forcibly displaced from Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh). He emphasized the importance of international support in implementing this program, highlighting the need for assistance from global partners to ensure the well-being of those affected.

The discussions and agreements from the recent strategic dialogue meeting may serve as a foundation for future cooperation, but achieving common goals and creating a robust partnership remains uncertain. The ongoing dialogue and cooperation offer only a glimmer of hope for Armenia's future, with the sustained support from the United States being just one factor in a long and challenging path toward progress and development. The road ahead is filled with obstacles, and the promise of peace is far from guaranteed.
