UN Humanitarian Affairs Director Raises Urgent Concerns Over Artsakh Blockade Crisis

In a critical address to the UN Security Council Emergency Session, the Director for Operations and Advocacy of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs highlighted the deepening crisis resulting from the ongoing Artsakh blockade.
